College Credit Offerings, Summer 2017


Sage Corps is excited to offer academic credit to students in its global entrepreneurship program. Through a partnership with Experience Institute, we created Leap Semester, a curriculum where students complete online coursework alongside their full-time internships to earn either 3 or 6 credits issued by Quincy University, the school of record.

Courses offered

  • INT 390 Entrepreneurship and Internship (3 credits)
    Students will learn the fundamental skills to operate a small business through a series of case studies and readings that will parallel a rigouous 8 week full-time internship at a seed stage startup company. Students will also attend weekly professional events and a speaker’s series.

  • ENT 301 Introduction to Entrepreneurship (3 credits)
    Students will learn what it takes to start and run your own business.  Topics include:  What is Entrepreneurship?  Getting Started - Ideas to Reality; Product/Service Strategy; Analyzing Your Target Market; Building a Powerful Marketing Plan; Legal and Accounting; Building a Strong Customer Base.

      *All costs are in addition to the Sage Corps program costs


Students may be eligible to use financial aid for this program - please email: Students should receive pre-approval from their home school’s academic advisor to guarantee that all credits will be accepted.
